Good afternoon,
We own Bethania Mill and Village Shoppes in Winston-Salem. We are looking for someone to open a cafe/resturant. If you are interested please let us know. This is a prime location. We have already had a traffic count done and have many village shoppes already open. We have had a lot of interest in this 2500 sq foot space as well request from the community and customers for a healthy eating environment.
